Significant correlations (“loadings”) are indicated with their corresponding P-values. Note that significance vs. non-significance shown for a given cytokine (vs. P<0.05) was the same whether calculated within the LDA from each individual cytokine’s Wilks’ lambda or externally as the correlation of the cytokine to the discriminant function score. Stress LDA scores differed significantly across stress groups with NOV>FAM>CTL. Drinking-Resilience associated with significantly higher Resilience LDA scores.
