Body weight change in NZBWF1 mice is not affected by cSiO₂ treatment and experimental diets. Animals in Cohort 1 were weighed weekly following the final cSiO₂ instillation. Data presented as mean± SEM. Differences between CON/Veh and CON/cSiO₂ were assessed by Student's T-test. Low DHA/cSiO₂ and high DHA/cSiO₂ were compared to CON/cSiO₂ using one-way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's post-hoc test. At each time point, we observed no significant differences between treatment groups.
