(A, B) Male C57BL/6 (WT) and IL-10−/− mice underwent collagenase injection or sham procedure. Brains were perfused with PBS, and 4-millimeter tissue slices were collected from the hematoma core and perihematoma region of injured and sham animals. (A) Tissues were homogenized, mRNA was extracted, and real-time RT-PCR was performed. *p < 0.05, ***p < 0.001 vs. WT; #p < 0.05 vs. corresponding Sham; †p < 0.05 vs. corresponding WT; n = 3–4.
