Proteins that differed significantly between lean and obese groups were subjected to Panther Pathway over-representation analysis. The expected number of proteins in a pathway is calculated assuming the same proportion of proteins in this pathway in the entire proteome would be present in a given subset of the proteome. Shown are classifications that were significantly and greater than two-fold enriched in the analysis.
