EU1794-4 stabilizes the intermediate conductance level of GluN1/GluN2A channels

Dwell times were calculated using amplitude histogram A_CRIT values to subdivide openings for each conductance level for each channel recording. Data are mean ± S.E.M. (N = 7 and 8 patches). Dwell times were determined for a specific sublevel, regardless of whether the channel was open or closed in the preceding or following time period. For comparison, the mean open time is given, which was determined from the sum of time spent open for all contiguous open periods.
