Extracellular vesicles derived from M1-Mφ suppress EMT, migration, and invasion of trophoblasts by transporting miR-146a-5p and miR-146b-5p to directly inhibit TRAF6 expression at the post-transcriptional level, thereby participating in the pathogenesis of RSA.
