Example of an ST40% and LE run-metric plot using the color encoding introduced in Fig. 1 A) This run-metric plot is the value of ST40% over the course of an episode of ischemia, in this case as measured by a single electrode. B) An overlay of the electrograms recorded by that same electrode during the same episode of ischemia. Yellow circles mark the temporal locations of ST40% in each time signal. C) This run-metric plot is the value of the LE metric over the course of the same ischemic episode. D) Two views of the LE manifold during the same episode of ischemia, colored using the scheme outlined in Panel A. The yellow spheres show the same normalized time instant used for the LE metric across beats mapped into the LE space. The choice of time instant is described in detail in section 2.4. The control trajectory for this episode, shown in magenta, is visible at the outer edge of this set of trajectories.
