Figure 6. — Chemiluminescence detection-high performance liquid chromatography (CL-HPLC) of trioleoylglycerol (peroxide value 0.16 meq/kg). The HPLC column was a Finepak SIL C18-5 (5 µm, 250 × 4.6 mm) connected with a Finepak SIL C18 T-P pre-column (5 µm, 50 × 4.6 mm). The mobile phase was methanol, and the flow rate was 1.1 mL/min. The chemiluminescence reagent was composed of cytochrome c and luminol.
