Fig. 3 — 4T1 cells (TNBC) were grafted orthotopically into the axial mammary fat pad of BALB/C mice. Mice were treated with either placebo or the LXR ligand GW3965 (daily, 30 mg/kg) 24 h post-graft. Treatments with placebo or epirubicin (every other day, 2.5 mg/kg) commenced 48 h post-graft. Tumor volumes measured by calipers (A) or tumor weight (mg) after 12 days (B). Statistical analysis was assessed using non-linear regression. C Expression of Abca1, and Pgp was assessed by qPCR analysis. Statistical analysis was assessed using one way ANOVA with SNK test, with 10 mice per group (individual symbols) and shown with median and range.
