Circulating EVs from hyperoxia-exposed rats decrease cell proliferation and increase cell death in NSC in vitro. NSC were cultured in the presence of RA-EVs or O₂-EVs from rats for 48 h. (A) and (B): Ki67 staining (pink signals) and DAPI nuclear staining (blue signals) showed decreased cell proliferation in O₂-EVs treated cells compared to RA-EVs treated cells ((C), n = 5/group, ***P < 0.001).
