Fbxo7 impairs the NF-B signaling pathway. HEK293 cells stably expressing the NF-κB-luciferase reporter gene were transfected with the indicated plasmids along with a Renilla luciferase reporter as a transfection control. After 24 h of transfection, the cells were stimulated with TNF-α during serum starvation and harvested. After 48 h, cells were harvested and luciferase expression was assayed in quintuplicate from cell lysates and luciferase levels were normalized to Renilla levels. *: p < 0.05, **: p = 0.01, ***; p < 0.001.
