Quantitative analysis for migration was measured by Image J as average fold change in width of the wound at 48 h compared to that at 0 h. (B) Invasion assay. Images of the invasion assay were photographed using a microscope (400× magnification). Photographs are representative of three independent experiments. Quantitative analysis for the invasion assay counted cells that invaded the membrane by Image J and presented as the relative ratio. (C) Gelatin zymography. Matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and MMP-9 activity in TCS-treated CT26 cells were determined. (D) mRNA expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were determined after TCS treatment for 48 h.
