HeLa cells transfected with LDLR (A) or VEGF (B and C) were 35S pulse labeled under the indicated % O2 for 5 min (A) or 15 min (B and C) and chased for the indicated periods. Immunoprecipitated (IP) LDLR (A), VEGF-A (B and C) from lysates or media (secreted) was resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) or nonreducing (NR) conditions and visualized by autoradiography.
