Mice develop hyperlocomotion in response to repeated fentanyl exposure. Across 5 days of subcutaneous injections of fentanyl (n=12 animals; 2.5mg/kg/day), mice traveled increasingly large total distances in an open field apparatus, compared to controls (n=12). Data represent means and 95% confidence intervals.
