SHBG pretreatment affects miRNA profile. HepG2 cells were incubated with SHBG at two concentrations (50 and 100 nM) for 24 h followed by stimulation with PA (0.6 mM) for 24 h. The levels of miR-103 (A), miR-96-5p (B), and miR-34a (C) were determined using RT-qPCR method and U6 snRNA was used as a housekeeping gene.
