Dose-dependent activity of glycyrrhizin against SARS-CoV-2. Vero E6 cells were infected with 10,000 TCID₅₀ and treated with serial dilutions of glycyrrhizin (0.004−4 mg/mL), respectively. After 48 h of infection, cell culture supernatants were harvested and the viral loads were determined using endpoint dilution. The experiment was performed in technical triplicates. The EC₅₀ value was calculated using GraphPad Prism. Error bars display the standard error of the mean (SEM).
