PEDF = pigment epithelium-derived factor, VEGF-A = vascular endothelial growth factor A. Data are presented as mean ± SEM. Unpaired t-tests was used to compare data from No AMD to AMD (B) or high- to low-risk (C,D). All comparisons were not statistically different.
