Comparison of fetal fraction with gestational age, maternal age, weight and body mass index (BMI). (a) A significant positive relationship between fetal fraction and gestational age (y = 0.342x + 6.555, r = 0.214, p < 0.001). (b) A significant change in fetal fraction was observed with maternal age (y = −0.146x + 17.420, r = −0.168, p < 0.001).
