Effects of 5FU, gemcitabine and doxorubicin on colony formation of MIA-PaCa-2 + pLXSN, MIA-PaCa-2 + WT-GSK-3β, and MIA-PaCa-2 + KD-GSK-3β cells. The effects on colony formation in response to 5-FU (Panel (A)), gemcitabine (Gem), (Panel (B)) and doxorubicin (Dox) (Panel (C)) treatment on MIA-PaCa-2 + pLXSN (solid green bars), MIA-PaCa-2 + WT-GSK-3β (solid red bars), and MIA-PaCa-2 + KD-GSK-3β (solid blue bars). The MIA-PaCa-2 + WT-GSK-3β, MIA-PaCa-2 + KD-GSK-3β, and MIA-PaCa-2 + pLXSN cells in each panel were all examined at the same time period. In each condition, the cells were plated in 3 wells of a 6 well plate.
