Model for the accumulation of Nav channels in the axon initial segment.
The model contains 12 different species: CK2 (C1, C2, C3, C4), Nav (NaA, NaB, NaC, N1111), and AnkG (G1, G2, G3, G4); and sixteen rate constants. A total of eight reactions are used to model the phosphorylation (p) of Nav species through CK2 and the binding of phosphorylated Nav species to AnkG.
