Intracellular ROS levels were assessed as reported in Materials and Methods. (C,D) OMW extracts counteract H₂O₂-induced ROS increase in both HUVECs (C) and HPASMCs (D). Cells were exposed for 3 h to the indicated concentrations of OMW extracts and then incubated for 6 h in the presence of 75 µM H₂O₂.
