Effect of Quercetin on the intracellular level of Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) in HepG2 cells. Cells were treated with Quercetin at concentration of 41.25, 82.5, 165, and 330 mM for 24 h. A two-hour pre-incubation with 500 μM H₂O₂ was used as a positive control. Data are expressed as a percentage of the control group ± the standard error of the mean of three replicates of three independent experiments.
