Mohammed Zamshed Ali (IEEE member): received their B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology in 1991, M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering degree from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1994 and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering degree from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2005. He is currently an Associate Professor of Instruction at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas. Besides teaching, their industry experience includes British Telecom, Northern Telecom, Alcatel, Verizon, Countrywide, HP and FlexSolv Networks. He is an active industry researcher with research interests in Optical and wireless communications, IoT sensors, healthcare communications, energy, smart grid and power electronics. |

Juan Ivan Nieto-Hipolito (IEEE Member): received their M.Sc. degree from CICESE Research Center in 1994 (México). His PhD degree from Computer Architecture Department at Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC, Spain) in 2005. Since august 1994 he is full professor at the Autonomous University of Baja California (UABC, México), where he was the leader of the Telematic research group from 2007 to 2012. His research interest is in applications of ICT, mainly wireless, mac, routing and instrumentation for e-health. |

Raymundo Buenrostro-Mariscal: Received their M.Sc. degree from CICESE Research Center in 1996 (México). His PhD degree from Autonomous University of Baja California (México) in 2014. He is currently Professor-Researcher of the Faculty of Telematics at the University of Colima (UCOL, México). His research interest is in the evaluation of performance in communication systems, wireless sensor networks, cross-layer design, Internet of Things and healthcare communications. |

Kedir Mamo Besher (IEEE member): PhD in Wireless Network communication and IoT, he is also certified in 4/5G core. Currently he is Working as Research scholar at University of Texas at Dallas, USA. Some of research areas include but not limited to IEEE 802.15.4, IoT, WSN, 4G/5G core, and Sensor Networks Protocols. Beside researching, he is also main participant in a projects like: Designing and implementation of hand-off mechanism for IoT, Primary user identification for 5G communication, Cognitive radio implementation for IoT, and 4/5G RAN interference and resource management. |
