The red and green symbols indicate up- and downregulated gene expression, respectively, while the orange and blue symbols represent nonresponsive genes; however, they were predicted as activated and inhibited molecules in these networks. The number under each symbol indicated on the maps is the ratio fold change between the treatment and control groups.
