(a) GSTe expression profiles in Benin: GSTe2, 3 and 4 are the more expressed (b) GSTes expression profile in Uganda: GSTe6, 8, 2 and 3 are the more expressed; (c) GSTes expression profile in Malawi: GSTe2, 3, 6, 5 and 8 are the more expressed; (d) GSTes expression profile in Cameroon: GSTe2 6, 4, 3 and GSTe5 are the more expressed. Consistent with RNA-seq data, GST epsilons are differentially expressed, and expression level is higher in DDT-resistant mosquitoes than the control in general.
