The EMG amplitude in the tibialis anterior during the pre-swing phase on the paretic side significantly decreased at 6 min and 18 min, and on the nonparetic side significantly decreased at 6 min and 18 min compared with that at 1 min. The amplitude in the rectus femoris during the single-support phase on the paretic side significantly increased at 18 min, and on the nonparetic side significantly increased at 18 min compared with that at 1 min.
