FL-TERT isoform expression has a significant negative correlation only with telomere length ratio in sarcomas. Only SARC had significant correlation, which was negative. Telomere length ratios and FL-TERT expression were log₁₀ and log₂(TPM + 0.001) transformed, respectively. Scatter plots were fitted with a linear regression line and 95% confidence interval. Spearman correlations were computed, and significance determined using a Bonferroni corrected p-value of <0.000230 (0.05/217 comparisons). Significant correlations are highlighted with a red border.
