Treatment with a combination of Meth-Gin and FLZ reduces the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the vaginal tissues. Vaginal tissues were excised and homogenized to determine the levels of cytokines (A) IL-1β, (B) TNF-α and (C) IL-17. A P value <0.05 was considered to be significant. The data are represented as mean ± SD of two independent experiments.
