Triptolide treatment modulates the expression of lincRNA-p21 and lncRNA PACER in resting monocyte-derived macrophages (MDMs). (A): Graphical summary for concentration dependence and time dependence experiments. Concentration dependence (B, D): MDMs were treated with increasing concentrations of triptolide for 6 and 24 h. DMSO was used as a vector control. Total RNA was extracted, and then lincRNA-p21 (B) and lncRNA-PACER (D) expression levels were assessed by RT-qPCR.
