(A) Grb2 is an adaptor protein that binds to phosphorylated receptor tyrosine kinases and mediates the activation of Ras via the recruitment of guanine exchange factor SOS. Ras activation initiates MAPK/ERK and PI3K/AKT signaling. (B) BP1001 is a liposomal-incorporated Grb2-ASO with a P-ethoxy modified backbone. It precludes Grb2 protein expression by blocking mRNA translation.
