Effect of mitochondrial antioxidants on expression levels of NRF2 in the nucleus. Cleaved embryos (> 4-cell stage embryos at 2 days after parthenogenetic activation) were cultured in medium containing (ethanol 1:1000, Con) or mitochondrial antioxidants (0.1 µM MitoT or 0.5 µM MitoQ) for 3 days.
