Micromanipulators can measure localized viscoelasticity. a Microscale modulus |G| and b loss tangent, obtained at 0.05 Hz using micromanipulator-based microrheometry, are compared with macrorheometry. The data for c=1.0 mg/mL is obtained using the micromanipulator 1 for cell-size-scale spatial resolution.
