The Wdr1-LIMK-cofilin network shapes actin network architecture in B cells spreading on immobilized anti-IgG. A20 B cells were (A) transfected with control (Ctrl) siRNA or cofilin siRNA, (B) transfected with control (Ctrl) siRNA or Wdr1 siRNA, or (C) pre-treated with DMSO or 50 μM LIMKi3 for 1 h. The cells were then allowed to spread on anti-IgG-coated coverslips for the indicated times before being fixed, stained for F-actin, and imaged by STED microscopy. Representative images are shown.
