Interventions | Case: fluorosis index score >0 (n = 65).
Control: the next non‐case of the same age and sex in the classroom (n = 74). Exposure: professional application of fluoride; early use of fluoride mouthrinses; early use of fluoride toothpaste during the child's first 5 years. |
