The data were compiled using the gene expression obtained from RNA-seq based analysis (A) or microarrays (B). RNA-seq data sets from previously published literature were downloaded from the NCBI Sequence Read Archive database. For Microarray data, the expression values were downloaded from the Arabidopsis Heat Tree Viewer (http://arabidopsis-heat-tree.org/). The gray color in the heatmap denotes missing values.
