The enlarged pulmonary vessels also could be seen (yellow arrow). (b) 3D-VR image of chest CT scan on-admission presents as red and blue dense lesions (red box). (c) At the end of hospitalization, follow-up CT shows the consolidation evidently resolved with residual irregular linear opacities (white arrow).
