Reponses of CAR-T cells upon stimulation from target cells
CAR-T cells were co-cultured with PC3-PD-L1-CD19 (also termed PC3-CD19) cells for 16 h in the presence of protein transport inhibitor Brefeldin A. (A–F) IFN-γ (Α), TNF-α (Β), IL-2 (C), Ki67 (D), granzyme B (E), and CD107a (F) were measured by flow cytometry, and the percentages of marker-positive cells were shown in the bar graphs. NT cells were used as a control (n = 3, mean ± SD).
