Schematic representation of two receptor-specific peptides, Angiopep-2 and tLyP-1, mediated liposomes and their tumor-targeting delivery mechanism. Tumor penetrations and delivery of the dual peptides-modified liposomes were achieved by targeting effect of peptides as well as via the EPR effect.
