High Wilms' tumor 1-associating protein (WTAP) expression is significantly correlated with a poor prognosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). (A) WTAP expression in eight-paired HCC tissues (T) and the adjacent non-cancer tissues (N) was analyzed by using a western blot. (B) Representative immunohistochemical (IHC) staining of WTAP in HCC tissues and the relative scores of the WTAP expression based on the WTAP staining intensity. (C) The Kaplan–Meier analysis was used to analyze a correlation between the WTAP expression and the overall survival (OS) of patients with HCC.
