1G5 cells were treated with DMSO or 400 nM celastrol plus the indicated concentrations of vorinostat, romidepsin, JQ1, or bryostatin. Cell extracts were prepared at 24 hours post-treatment and Luciferase expression was normalized to amount of protein in cell extracts. Data are from three biological replicate experiments.
