Quantification of BRP spot areas and BRP ring diameters show that Nlg2 mutant phenotype of smaller, supernumerary AZs is suppressed by (F-H) Syd-1, (I-K) Nlg1 and (L-N) Nrx-1 heterozygosity. Spn and Nlg2 mutant phenotypes of smaller, supernumerary AZs are not suppressed by (O-Q) Nlg2 and (R-T) Spn heterozygosity, respectively.
