Regions that demonstrate significant activation above the −log10(p) value cutoff of 1.3010 (where p is 0.05, corrected for multiple comparisons across voxels and contrasts) among Reward (Rew), Punishment (Pun), Mental, and Random conditions for the Gambling and Social tasks, respectively. Sites of functional connectivity activation marked with probabilistic anatomical labels correspond to anatomical coordinates (x,y,z) for each group comparison: major depressive disorder (MDD), family history (FH) and healthy controls (HC).
