Anchors positioning during a rotator cuff repair with a patient in supine position. The anterior and inferior aspect of the patient's body is given. The anchors have to be placed at the repaired tendon footprint for a single row repair as with the medial row of a double row repair. The optimal positioning of the anchors is easily obtained with a patient in supine position without difficulty for the surgeon. View with the arthroscope through the lateral portal.
