Tips

For temporary fixation of the tendon, we recommend using spinal needles of a suitable diameter.
Alternatively, for distal temporary fixation, a wire can be used instead of spinal needle. This eliminates overtension or weakness of anatomical balance of the tendon.
It is important to avoid excessive decortication of the bicipital groove, which may further cause screw migration.
