DOX cytotoxicity was detected by CCK8 assays in HCT8 and HCT8/T cells subjected to siRNAs. The reversal-fold (RF) was calculated by dividing the IC50 value of DOX for cells transfected with siRNAs by that transfected with siNC. Data are shown as the mean ± SD of three independent assays.
