Quantification of intracellular pSTAT5 concentrations in SK-MEL-28 cells by ELISA following co-treatment with human growth hormone (hGH) and various inhibitors. Intracellular pSTAT5 levels are plotted as fold-induction compared with untreated controls. All peptide variants were treated at 200 nM. Pegvisomant (Peg.) was treated at 100 nM.
