Values are expressed as mean ± standard deviation. LAD occlusion led to a significant decline in MAP, CO and SV in the first 15 min after LAD occlusion. Dobutamine and noradrenaline, along with fluids, were administered after 15 min of occlusion to preserve adequate hemodynamics during induction of myocardial infarction.
