Fig. 7 — Mean topographic cylinder (CYL) values remained stable along the entire follow-up period despite a positive trend. In the pediatric group, the CYL values showed a temporary significant improvement at the 1st month (P = 0.034) but became insignificant after the 3rd postoperative month
