Tanshinone IIA inhibited inflammatory cytokines and Oxidative Damage in MCAO rats. Tanshinone IIA or control saline was injected into the tail vein at the indicated time after MCAO. After reperfusion, the rat brains were harvested. ELISA was used to detect levels of IL-1β (A), IL-6 (B) and TNF-α (C).
