FL94, Haloarchaeobius sp. FL94; FL176, Haloarchaeobius sp. FL176; J7, Natrialba sp. J7; 1.6994, Halococcus saccharolyticus CGMCC 1.6994 (see Table 5); ZJ1, Halococcus salsus ZJ1; LN10, Halorubrum sp. LN10. Strains FL94, FL176, J7, and 1.6994 are four extracellular protease-producing haloarchaeal strains (see Fig. S1 in the supplemental material). Strains ZJ1 and LN10 were used as negative controls. These data were derived from three biological replicates.
